Return Process

- 2.Submit Support Ticket
Send an email to our support team detailing the specific technical issue or the nature of the licensing error you are encountering.
- 3.Technical Troubleshooting
Work with our font technicians to resolve installation or rendering issues; if the file is found to be corrupt, a replacement will be issued immediately.
- 4.Refund Processing
If a refund is approved for a duplicate purchase, the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
